Our interactive multimedia titles are used in a variety of industries for mission-critical and compliance training.

Developed in partnership with Spirax Sarco and Rolls Royce Industrial Power (John Thompson and Cochran Boilers), the boiler training courses are designed to meet all of the training needs of small to medium sized boiler installations. They are also an appropriate entry-level resource for trainee operators in larger installations and for experienced operators in small plants who wish to achieve formal certification.

The core learning material is closely aligned to the requirements of boiler-Codes-of-Practice and other statutes in relation to training and safe operation. Our courses go beyond the scope of traditional boiler training in dealing with the operating requirements of modern automatic boiler installations. The Boiler Management System (BMS) is the part of the plant with which the operator or Responsible Person has the most interaction and it is useful to have a basic understanding of how it functions. As well as traditional concepts, students will learn the fundamental principles of modern PLC based control systems and how the BMS interacts with the operational controls and safety devices.
